TASTING TIPS

Preparation

To toast the pumpkin seeds, heat a pan over medium heat and when it is already a little hot, pour in the desired amount of pumpkin seeds.

Leave to brown for a few minutes, taking care to stir them from time to time so that they do not burn and reduce the heat if necessary.

Utilisation

These seeds are eaten plain or toasted.
They can be incorporated into breads, cakes, salads or eaten as an aperitif, toasted and lightly salted.
