TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For 1 person, provide about a glass of toasted buckwheat kasha. Wash your volume of the product, then pour it in 2 times its volume of boiling salted water.

Cook over very low heat for about 10 minutes.

Season with a drizzle of olive oil and herbs or spices as desired.
