TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For two people, put 1 volume ( 1 glass) of rice for 3 volumes of cold salt water.

Cook over medium heat and half covered for about 15 to 20 minutes from boiling.

Suggestion: Serve with vegetables and a few legumes. (Think of our legume flakes, quick to cook).

Utilisation

This white long grain rice is eaten hot as an accompaniment to all your vegetable, legume, tofu, fish, meat or cold salads. It can also be used as a base for stuffing vegetables.
