- Savory: the quinoa can be incorporated into your recipes for tabbouleh, stuffed vegetables, salads, gratins, pancakes … You can eat it hot plain instead of rice or seasoned and seasoned with spices. You can therefore cook it like pilaf (with onions, carrots, garlic …) or indian with spices (cardamom, cumin, coriander).
