TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For Creole cooking: rinse a volume of the mixture in cold water.

Bring 3 to 5 times the volume of salt water to a boil. Pour the mixture into the water and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Drain and season to taste. It’s ready !
